Account Manager - Payer

Description

The Account Manager manages and coordinates large and/or complex projects through all phases of on-boarding and implementation. Operates with significant independence and minimal supervision as the principal project representative.


• Serve as the point of contact for payer customer account management matters

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

• Develop trusted advisory relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders

• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solution and reporting according to customer needs and objectives

• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet company goals/needs

• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. visit activity, provider adoption, sales stats)

• Prepare reports on account status

• Collaborate with internal ops team to identify areas of improvement or opportunity within practice sites

• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
